Mike McBay drew inspiration from his uncle who is an esteemed Attorney and expeditiously became impassioned about law. In furtherance to augment his knowledge of the law, he worked for a well-known law firm in Dallas, Tx for two years. In that timeframe, he efficiently worked over 500 cases and acquired his Paralegal Certificate. He expanded his knowledge of expertise and became a business owner. Mike opened his paralegal firm, Esquire Consulting Firm; specializing in personal injury and accident cases. In a time span of three years, he successfully procured his first million-dollar business.
In 2009, Mike wanted to find multiple income streams to incorporate with his existing business. He was introduced to the Network Marketing Industry and joined his first company, 5Linx. He achieved the top rank position of the compensation plan within fourteen months and became a high-income earner for five consecutive years. He competently led a mega organization of 14,000 distributors and nearly 68,000 customers earning him a seven-figure income. By the year of 2014, he left 5Linx to join Paycation with a core team of ten people.
Together, they've built a solid organisation with over three hundred distributors and swiftly rose up the ranks of the compensation plan in forty-five days. During his tenure as a network marketing professional, he helped a myriad of people earn five-figure incomes and nearly 40 people earn six-figure incomes. Because of his noteworthy success, Mike was featured in Success At Home Magazine, Your Business At Home Magazine, Vanguard Magazine and The Elite News.
Mike's ceaseless passion for helping countless people succeed in business extended to helping non-profit organisations with fundraisers. He created The Ultimate Fundraiser to show that philanthropy and profit can go hand-in-hand. He collaborated with numerous churches, youth sports organisations and small businesses that collectively earned well over $100,000.
With a blooming paralegal firm and proficiently expanding his network marketing team, he developed a curated strategy to train leaders on how to become high-end six-figure and multiple six-figure earners. The core of his training focused on mindset, consistency and purpose. Brainstorming on how to take his training to the next level, the vision for Pursuit2Greatness was created.
In 2015, Mike had a terrifying, life-threatening health scare due to hypertension. With increasingly high blood pressure levels, he was at a major risk for a stroke. This episode caused a transformative shift in his life. Optimized health comes from a dose of disruption. Instead of taking medication, he made an unequivocal decision to take full responsibility and complete control over his wellness journey. As he researched the major causes of hypertension, he discovered that 45.2% of black men are at a higher risk for high blood pressure; a silent killer. To avoid being a statistic, not only was he active in his training, he swiftly changed to a whole foods lifestyle. This ever-changing lifestyle and adopting new habits, gave Mike clarity of mind and great vitality. Now, 50 years old, he's in remarkable physical shape, prime condition and exceptional health. In Fall of 2022, he received a wonderful report from his doctor stating that he has the heart of a 32 year old man.
After reaching his golden birthday, Mike had intense thoughts about leaving an indelible impact on the world; a legacy.
